Movie Night January 29th

On Friday, January 29th at 7:00 p.m. we will be showing the movie "The Martian", rated PG-13. The movie trailer can be seen here.

Factory Under the Elms book discussion group

Starting on January 5, 2016 and running for 10 weeks.
 Chick Colony will be facilitating a book discussion group. Factory Under the Elms: A History of Harrisville New Hampshire 1744-1969 by John Borden Armstrong will be examined and discussed on Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. If you are interested in joining this group, please call or email the library, or call Chick Colony at 827-3010.

Samuel Foucher and Hunt Smith-Violin presentation

Please join us on Thursday, September 4th at 7:00 p.m. for a fascinating presentation by Hunt Smith (of Nelson) and Harrisville's own, Samuel Foucher.

Samuel has been apprenticing with Hunt as a Traditional Arts Apprenticeship grant recipient for the past eight months. He has built his first violin under Hunt's guidance.
