Saturday, November 9th, at 10:30 we’ll have an hour to begin to find our various and unique
ways into some poems by our upcoming readers. Rebecca Kaiser Gibson promises to offer you a whole new, pretty fun, way to discover your own
relationship to these poems. We hope YOU
can join us.

remember, the poets, Ellen Doré Watson and George Kalogeris will be reading the
next day, Sunday, at 4:30 at Denis Hall.

Family Program on Woody Guthrie
Saturday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m.
Mary DesRosiers, accompanied by Gordon Peery, guitar, will present a family program featuring the songs of Woody Guthrie: including some of the songs he wrote for his own kids, the story of the dust bowl ballads, and some old favorites for singing along. Come along and join the fun!

Local Wildlife
On Monday, September 16th at 5:00 p.m. an Interpretive Ranger fro Monadnock State Park will be giving a presentation about Local Wildlife. This will be a talk with hands-on aspects. Welcome to all ages and free of charge!
Movie Night Returns to HPL!
Now that it is getting dark earlier in the evening, we will bring back Movie Night. Our first movie of the season will be "Infamous" starring Toby Jones, Sandra Bullock and Daniel Craig. It is rated R. The movie will be shown of Friday, September 27th at 7:00 pm. It is based on events in Truman Capote's life as he was writing "In Cold Blood".

July 10th at 11am: Susan Behl will be reading “JUMP
FROG JUMP” by
Robert Kalan and showing how to make a frog puppet.
Wednesday July 17th at 11am: Susan Behl reading “If I had a Sheep” by Mick Inkpen and helping to make a sheep to take home.

Wallach will do a concert with parts to join in.
